About his session – The holy grail
Scrum is the most used Agile framework and almost everyone knows the basic rules. It is therefore surprising that the idea of a “done” product increment receives so little attention. In this talk we as knights of the holy grail want to make ourselves on the search for ways to this mystic thing. We will discuss what “done” can mean in different contexts. We will have to experience numerous adventures on this journey but as in every great fable there will be an happy end. Together we will gain new knowledge and insights in what it means for a Scrum team to deliver a ‘done’ increment every sprint.
