About his session – The Scrum management exercise
The Scrum framework offers you the structure and guidelines by which management becomes a shared responsibility. Organisations will only succeed with the complex endeavour of software delivery if management is distributed amongst the people “doing the work”. The Scrum Management Game explores how management is done in the ideal Scrum environment, what the most common problems are and what you as an individual can do to resolve these problems.|
About his session with Christiaan Verwijs – The most persistent Scrum myths in your digital transformation
Scrum is intended as a simple, yet sufficient framework for complex product delivery. Scrum is not a one-size-fits-all solution, a silver bullet or a complete methodology. Instead, Scrum provides the minimal boundaries within which teams can self-organize to solve a complex problem using an empirical approach. This simplicity is its greatest strength, but also the source of many misinterpretations and myths surrounding Scrum. In the workshop we’ll explore how these myths impact many digital transformations and what you can do to deal with them.
