Björn Hoogenes is one of the Agile initiators within Nationale-Nederlanden (NN). With more than 20 years experience in the IT and over 9 years of experience working in Agile environments, he has a track record of being in the field and knowing challenges within Agile transformations. Currently, in his job as department manager at NN, he helps the people to develop self-organized, high performing teams and coaches the department to ‘continuously learning towards their goals’ and improving their work.
As Agile enthusiast, Björn gets energy from learning and sharing knowledge with the employees and the leadership team, as well as communities and other companies.
